We loved having a day just to celebrate Daddy. After being apart for a few a few weeks, we were really glad to have a day set aside to just spend time as a family. Brent is such a wonderful husband and father, and he truly deserves to be celebrated. Maura and Tristan love their daddy. They are such lucky kids to have a daddy who loves them so much, plays with them so constantly and looks out for their best interests at all times.
After church, we headed over to a pool that belongs to someone we know. It was so much fun to swim with the kids in a "big" pool. Maura LOVED the diving board and slide. She couldn't wait to jump off the board at least a hundred times! Tristan loved having some daddy swim time.
Daddy took Tristan for a little walk to the gazebo. After we swam for a bit, we headed over to my parents house for an awesome steak dinner.

Happy Father's Day to my daddy! He was a great sport that day, even though he doesn't love to swim. Thank you for being such a wonderful father to me, Dad! Just in case Brent couldn't open his own gifts, Maura stepped in to help.
Brent loves his babies! This was Brent's fourth Father's Day and he loved getting to celebrate life as a father. What a sweet thing, to be able to celebrate parenthood and all the blessings it has brought to our lives. Our sweet babies have changed our lives in ways that we could not have imagined and we love being their parents so very
much. Thank you, Brent for being the very best father to your two sweet kids. You are such a wonderful role model, playmate and friend to our children. I couldn't ask for more!
