Lots of Lovin' at School

Valentine's Day fell on a Thursday, so we were lucky enough to celebrate the actual day with a Valentine's party at school.  My kids look forward so much to their school parties, so it looks like I'm just going to have to not mention the fact that we're going to have to miss the Easter party this year.  Ms. Patty and the room moms go out of their way to make these days special for the kids.  I still remember celebrating holidays with school parties too, so hopefully they'll keep some special memories from these fun events. 

These kids were INTENT on their Valentine treats.  This was my attempt at getting a photo of the group.  I called for their attention several times!  Maura was glad to celebrate with her friend, Lainey, who happened to be out of school that day!

Some of the teachers showed me some love and let me actually photograph them!  Kym, Rachel, Jill and Amanda have all become very dear to me.

Mandy and June are Bennett's teachers.  The should probably be nominated for sainthood after this year!  Maura is always my big helper in the classroom.  She helps the kids with their snacks, gets them water and runs all sorts of errands around the school for me and for other teachers.  She's been a blessing to have at school this year!

After food it was time for some fun games.  Keeping this crew corralled was a full time job!
