Here are some random photos from our February adventures. We do a lot more hanging around the house these days, so our days aren't always exciting enough to photograph. I need to do a better job of documenting our day to day life, even if it isn't always photo worthy!
We did decorate a fun Valentine's house. It was actually a Christmas house that I bought for pennies at Aldi's and re purposed with some fun Valentine candy. One of my favorite memories of childhood was decorating Valentine houses with my siblings. Apparently my mother had the patience of Job and she actually had us construct the house of graham crackers and icing. I can only imagine the frustration as first one piece, then another fell off the shaky graham house. It was nerve wracking enough just to built this pre-cut, pre-baked home! The kids LOVED this activity, though, and were enthusiastic in their participation and indulgence!
We had several small snows in January and February. None of them amounted to a whole lot of snow, but the kids always enjoy a snowfall, no matter how piddly!
We did get out to play, but the snow was powdery and not good for snowmen. No matter, we still had fun!
